Enrolment at our school

Our school is a school for specific purpose (SSP). Students are offered places after a review has been conducted by a placement panel. This panel meets once each term and looks at current vacancies available at both ours and other settings and the level of support identified by the access requests raised by the students current school. Letters will then be sent by the Departments Learning and Wellbeing Team to parents detailing which setting they are being offered a place at.

If you have received a letter of offer to our school please contact us to arrange an interview with the principal. There you can discuss any medical conditions or other special circumstances before your child starts school. We may also complete a risk assessment on the enrolment. We ask that your child is present at this interview.

Distance education

Distance education is an equity program for students who are geographically isolated or whose individual circumstances prevent them from regularly attending school. Students must meet one of the conditions in theĀ Distance Education Enrolment Procedures to be eligible to access this program as a full-time student.

Distance education schools also provide single subjects for students in Years 9 to 12 to enhance curriculum choice. Please contact us for details.
